ADMISSION PROCESS
Admission to all classes except LKG will be made through an admission test and on production of transfer certificate or other valid documents mentioned in the application form.
- Application for admission to LKG should be made in the prescribed form obtainable from the office.
- Prescribed application form should be signed by the Father himself or the local guardian with an authorisation letter from the father.
- The application shall be accompanied by a certified extract from the register of births showing the date of birth of pupil,from local govt body.
AGE LIMIT FOR ADMISSION
- LKG 4 as on first June; StdI – 5 ½as on first June.
- No child who has not completed five and a half years of age on the first June of the year of admission shall be admitted to the school except in pre- primary classes.
- The name of a pupil, his/her religion and his/her date of birth once entered in the admission register shall not be altered except with the sanction of the authority specified by the govt. on this behalf,by notification in the gazett
